The Finite Canvas A TorCom Original eBook Brit Mandelo

Loved this book, well really a novella. Distopian world with well rounded characters. I really enoy science fiction, especially those that focus on the people rather than the weapons or technology.

The Finite Canvas A TorCom Original eBook Brit Mandelo Reviews

Riveting, unique, thought provoking. Leaves you wanting to know more about the world the author implies. Author has oblique approach that makes you fill in the gaps; a process that pulls you right in.
It's a good thing that this was free - that's what it's worth. Although the author is clearly literate, this story is just another in the tidal wave of "the world is all corrupt" "the world is all vicious and hateful" stories that seem to be flooding out these days.
An interesting story based on a not-so-pleasant view of the future. Not what I was expecting when I started it but worth the read certainly.
Reminds me of early William Gibson in a lot of ways. Noirish. Moves quickly. Intense and not for the faint of heart.
This short stuck with me for months after reading it. The idea of using self-mutilation to atone for sins past has never been done in such a religious, striking way.
Loved this book, well really a novella. Distopian world with well rounded characters. I really enoy science fiction, especially those that focus on the people rather than the weapons or technology.
